Babies join mums for live online postnatal yoga (this course is mainly yoga for mums and we keep the babies involved and entertained too). Taught live online using Zoom in blocks of 4 weekly one hour classes.
Next 4 week block starts Thursday April 16th 2-3pm. Price is £20 for the block.
- Use breathing, movement and balance and relaxation to allow recovery from childbirth
- Enjoy complete exercise for the whole body
- Use simple exercises suitable from day one after birth
- Start to re-align your pelvis and restore joint stability
- Tone the deep abdominal muscles
- Use yoga breathing to strengthen your pelvic floor
- Enjoy relaxation with your baby
- Work on relieving stiffness in your shoulders
- Move to gain strength and stamina
Suitable if you haven’t done yoga before. Great for getting ready to return to exercise classes. Appropriate if you had a caesarean birth. Newborn to pre-mobile babies welcome.
